How far in advance do I need to book?

At least 24 hours in advance. In practice we can usually fit in requests received in the morning by the next day, and we handle urgent jobs by arrangement.

Do I need to prepare any tools or materials?

No. We bring a full set of professional tools: cordless drills, spirit levels and fixings for every type of wall. All you need to provide is the space and the boxes.

Do you assemble furniture that isn't from IKEA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We assemble furniture from every manufacturer (JYSK, Emmezeta, Lesnina, Prima), as well as custom pieces made by a carpenter.

What if a piece gets damaged during assembly?

Accepted Answer

If a piece is damaged through our own mistake during assembly, we replace it or arrange a substitute, no argument.

Question 5

Do you guarantee the assembly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 12 months' guarantee on all completed work. If anything comes loose or works itself free within that time, we come back and fix it free of charge.

How is the price worked out?

Accepted Answer

Per piece of furniture, depending on size and complexity. Send us a list of pieces (or photos of the boxes) and we'll send an exact quote within 24 hours. The price includes travel, tools and taking away the packaging.

Do you work on weekends?

We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 20:00. We don't work Sundays, and Saturday slots are in high demand, so book early.

Do you fix wardrobes to the wall?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we strongly recommend it: we always secure tall wardrobes and chests to the wall with the right fixings for your wall type. For kids' rooms we treat this as a mandatory part of the job.

Can you take away old furniture?

Accepted Answer

No. We focus solely on furniture assembly and don't handle the removal or disposal of old furniture.

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

By cash, card or bank transfer, once the assembly is finished and you're happy with the result.
